"Walked into this office on Thursday, May 15 at 3:15. Then proceeded to stand at the customer counter for 10 minutes straight awaiting the acknowledgement of my presence. All while their clerk named Zach, was busy in what appeared to be gaming. Being that he was wearing a pair of gamer headphones with his right ear uncovered. Apparently, to hear any customers entering the premises I'm assuming.
The entire time that I stood at the counter I was never acknowledged. So just left to avoid wasting any more of my time.
Called the following Monday to complain about this incident. Low and behold, Zach answered the phone. He kept repeating, "Hello, is anyone there." Not sure if the phone was not working, or if it was a ruse to get me to hang up so he could continue his gaming uninhibited.
I went on to pay my monthly bill with State Farm's automated service. So I am asking myself why on earth I'm paying a higher price to be ignored by this agency?"
